Question 1

On an individual basis, formulate and design a business plan to discuss the start of a franchise at Our Tampines Hub for Angel Investor(s) to invest in your business. This franchise that is being evaluated must bring sufficient benefits to the residents of Tampines. This franchise must not be a Food & Beverage (F&B) franchise.

Background

The People’s Association, as the project lead, is working with other governmental agencies to develop Our Tampines Hub. This project was developed based on inputs from 15,000
Tampines residents and has been touted as a hub that is “designed by residents, for residents”. Our Tampines Hub will be Singapore’s first-ever integrated community and lifestyle hub consisting of sporting facilities, a regional library, a community club, a hawker centre and retail shops. One of the unique features of Our Tampines Hub is its user-friendly features.
